I’m an investor based in Nigeria looking to eventually settle in the U.S. with which Turkey has an E-2 visa arrangement. How can I achieve this in the shortest possible time?

Turkey's CBI program does not have any ties to U.S. visas inclusive of E-2. Some people may be willing to use their newly obtained Turkish citizenship rather than their current one to make such an application to the U.S. Turkish CBI program is currently quite fast, it takes around just 5 to 8 months.
