If I already have a residence permit for Turkey but I would like to apply for the same permit for my mother, then what documents are required?

Your mother will need to apply for a residence permit independently following a valid entry into Turkey (with visa or a visa exemption) and will be subject to same procedures that your residence permit was subjected to.
