Are there any restrictions in Turkey on investment in real estate from nationals of countries considered to be economically unstable like Afghanistan, Russia, Iran and Iraq? What additional documents would be required from them compared to say investors from EU countries?

No direct measures applied by Turkey. Issues may raise in case of document legalization, verification and consular services.
