I run a business with my partners in the U.S. and Middle East. If we intend to use a property by the beach in Turkey for 6-10 months a year among us while we work remotely, how would you advise us to do that?

Unlike for citizenship, there is no immediate program for residency by investment in Turkey. My advice is you gain legal entry with a visa or visa exemption, then you can lease a beach property and obtain a temporary residence permit for touristic purposes to handle your businesses remotely.
