What types of tax liabilities do I need to fulfill if I make a capital transfer to Portugal for my Golden Visa application?

I plan to make an investment in a venture capital fund in Portugal and use this for my Golden Visa application. Will such investment trigger any tax liabilities if I don’t live in the country for the most time of the year? If so, what are the taxes?

Taxes are the same for any resident or nonresident. However, the double taxation convention between your country and Portugal (if any) will need to be reviewed.
