I am closing a deal with a property seller in Lisbon and preparing my Golden Visa application. Someone told me recently that the government plans to end the Golden Visa eligibility of investors who purchase properties in Lisbon and Porto. When can this new policy take effect? I am worried that I won’t be able to submit my application on time.
