Savvas Poyiadjis is the founder and managing director of Fidescorp Chartered Accountants in Nicosia, Cyprus.
As a tax advisory specialist, Poyiadjis advises multinational corporations, high net worth individuals, and entrepreneurs on starting companies, corporate financing strategies, restructuring transactions, international taxation, and immigration issues. Poyiadjis was among the first professionals in Cyprus to work on immigration and relocation matters, and he has been recognized as a pioneer in the industry.
In addition to immigration matters, Poyiadjis has experience handling the direct and indirect implications that come with relocation and naturalization. Before starting his own accounting firm in 2012, Poyiadjis worked in the international tax advisory department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Nicosia. Poyiadjis began his career as an auditor in PwC’s insurance and investment management assurance department in London in 2007.
Poyiadjis serves on the boards of several private companies and on the Advisory Committee of the Investment Migration Council, a global association focused on citizenship by investment. He is a practicing member and on the board of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, the regulatory body for the profession in Cyprus.
He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an accredited mediator, and a certified information security auditor. Poyiadjis graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and first-class honors from the University of Manchester in England.
