Sasha Taktikou is a Greek immigration consultant and attorney. She currently serves as co-founder and Legal Director of AG Consulting UAE, Head of Legal and Lead Counsel to Fundamental Hospitality Group (DIFC), one of the UAE’s leading lifestyle hospitality collectives with a 100+ venue global expansion pipeline.

The Dubai-based consultancy provides legal, management, and concierge services to global entrepreneurs who want to expand their businesses in the United Arab Emirates. With expertise across a myriad of industries, the firm is capable of supporting companies in establishing and running their businesses in the UAE. From headquarters selection and corporate registration to company documentation, licensing, and employee recruitment, the firm provides step-by-step assistance in implementing its clients’ business plans. With more than 16 years of global experience working in the U.K., Greece, and the UAE, Taktikou is well-versed in representing large corporate conglomerates in their corporate and commercial transactions. She has a broad base of clients in multiple industries, including telecommunications, real estate development, construction, raw material supply, hospitality, media, entertainment and fashion. She has extensive experience living, studying, and practicing in multiple countries, enabling her to offer customized advice on the Greek Golden Visa program to global investors.

Currently, Taktikou also serves as head of the corporate and commercial division at Al Sahlawi Group in Dubai, where she handles complex corporate restructuring cases. In this role, she advises companies in the Middle East and other regions on risk assessment, cross-jurisdiction corporate restructuring, and new venture establishment.

Prior to her roles at Al Sahlawi and KTS, Taktikou was heavily involved in the real estate sector, serving as the head of legal at Select Group, a Dubai-based investment group and real estate developer, and as a legal counsel for Dubai Pearl, a large-scale mixed-use real estate development in Dubai.

Taktikou earned her law degree and her master’s degree in international business law from the University of Hull in the U.K. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a master’s degree in American legal studies from the University of San Diego in the U.S.

Taktikou speaks Greek and English.
