Carlo Umberto Rossi is an Italian immigration attorney. He is a senior partner and one of the founders of Rossi & Rossi Law Firm, which has offices in Rome, Siena, and Perugia throughout Italy. Rossi manages the Rome office.

Rossi & Rossi, founded in 2000, specializes in legal services for foreigners, such as long-term residency, immigration permits, matrimonial, family, inheritance, and taxation law. Rossi’s expertise includes immigration law, business law, real estate transactions, commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, and international tax planning.

Prior to founding Rossi & Rossi, Rossi was an attorney with Colletti & Associates in Frankfurt, Germany, where he was eventually promoted to partner. He has also worked as a magistrate judge at the state attorney’s office in Florence.

Rossi graduated from the University of Perugia law school in 1990 with a degree in public international law. He is a member of the Rome Bar Association, the Perugia Bar Association, the international division of the Law Society of England and Wales, the Italian Association of Trust Law, and the British Chambers of Commerce.

In addition to his native Italian, Rossi speaks English and Russian and Spanish at an intermediate level.
