Ana Clara Maia is a Portugal-based immigration lawyer. She currently serves as an attorney at the law firm Almeida, Dias & Associados (ADA), headquartered in Lisbon.

Founded in 2009, Almeida, Dias & Associados has extensive expertise in dealing with international clients. ADA lawyers specialize in a wide array of legal disciplines, including immigration, commercial, real estate, sports and tax law. The firm serves clients around the globe with offices in Tomar, Portugal and São Paulo, Brazil.

Maia’s practice covers all pathways of immigration to Portugal, such as student, employment, entrepreneurship, retirement and golden visas. She also handles post-immigration matters such as driver’s license exchanges, banking, company setup, and Non-Habitual Resident (NHR) tax regime applications.
