Raul Pinera is a Spanish immigration attorney. He is the founder and manager of Piñera del Olmo Canals Law Firm, based in Barcelona, Spain. The firm practices civil law, commercial law, litigation, tax law, citizenship, criminal law, immigration and property law.

Pinera is experienced in representing clients who wish to obtain Spanish resident permits. He also helps with Spanish citizenship applications.

Pinera has worked for the Cantabria government and in Torrelavega as an intern in its land registry department. He frequently attends conferences on Golden Visas and other matters, and has published on topics such as sports law, criminal law and the criminal liability of companies.
