Since 2003, Penny Konitsioti has advised international clients on Greek residence and investment matters, with particular expertise in the Golden Visa program and residence by investment.

Her legal practice also encompasses real estate transactions, commercial and corporate law, civil and family disputes, and sports law. She works with a network of legal and tax professionals in Greece and abroad to support clients whose matters involve multiple jurisdictions.

Alongside her legal practice, Konitsioti Rizou serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Athens Olympic Athletic Centre “Spyros Louis” (OAKA), Vice President of the Disciplinary Committee of the Hellenic National Anti-Doping Organization (EOKAN), and President of the Disciplinary Committee of the Hellenic Boxing Federation. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of MotorSport Greece and an alternate member of the Permanent Committee on Violence Prevention (DEAB) of the Hellenic Ministry of Sports. Through these roles, she works on disciplinary matters in sport.

She holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an Executive MSc in European Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business. 

Konitsioti Rizou speaks Greek, English, Spanish, French and Italian. She writes and speaks at congresses and seminars on investment migration, sports law and related developments.
